We want you to shop with confidence. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchange requests are accepted for qualifying ready-made jewelry within the same period. Custom and personalized jewelry is non-returnable. Orders canceled within 48 hours receive a full refund, while cancellations after this period may incur a cancellation fee if production has already begun.
